Ok so I pulled up to the service drive to pick up my vehicle as it was finished and was immediately greeted by the super nice service greeter who took me into the service department and helped me find my advisor as this was the first time going to the service department.
My Service Advisor, JR Rodriguez was there to help me with the pick up of my vehicle. He kindly explained in detail the service that was performed on my car. Went over the paperwork and then helped me out to my car. They delivered it washed and clean on the inside. He continued to show me the work that was performed and helped me understand what they did on it.
I really had a great experience with this dealership and appreciate the excellent experience that I had. Thank you.

Went in for 4 new tires, a recall & an issue with my battery. I was pointed to Alex Ramírez as my advisor this time. He was very informative, and very fast & prompt with his duties to serve me. Didn’t have a bad experience! Compared to other times, Alex has been a great help. Not just okay & passable. Thank you!!!

Took my father’s car (22’ GLE 350) in (10/01/24) for a recall service and was helped out by service advisor, Mr. Ross Geiger. Car was serviced and washed, and was informed on progress every step of the way. Was provided a loaner car from Enterprise (requested due to insurance provider and my trip to LAX flying to Dallas for work, returned 10/03). Although, mentioning my work trip and given the green light by 2 staff members there about returning the loaner vehicle after my work trip I had a small issue with the loaner department and was ready to just accept a single day charge but Mr. Ross went above and beyond what I could ask for and helped clear the issue. Every staff member I had contact with was attentive and cordial. But this review is mainly for Mr. Ross Geiger. If not for him and his extra efforts into this entire process from dropping off the car, to updates on the status of the vehicle, to picking up the car, it would have been just another service experience. 5 Stars and my appreciation. Ross, if you’re reading this, you already know, but I thank you again for not accepting the issue like I did and making the situation right even after striking out TWICE. You have my gratitude and Walter’s Mercedes Benz of Riverside is lucky to have someone like you on their staff. Thank you!
