I wanted to start out first by saying I was initially happy with the therapy services I was receiving back in the summer of 2022 to help me with childhood trauma, anxiety and many other issues I am suffering however about 7 weeks into my therapy I was suddenly out of the blue told by my therapist at the time Vanessa I could no longer be helped and that my issues were “beyond here experience” I was very upset. First off due to my internal issues I have a very hard time opening up in general with people with my vulnerabilities and to finally be 7 weeks in with a therapist and feel comfortable and having shared quite a bit it was disappointing, shocking and the way things were explained to me it made me feel like I was too insane to be helped by the Therapist Vanessa. She tried to refer me to a psychologist which I felt I didn’t need nor does my current therapist feel that way as well. Sessions were immediately cut promptly giving me little time to accomplish finding another therapist and I felt extremely rushed pretty much like hurry up because I can’t continue with you Phillip. It just felt very unprofessional. The fact that this therapist knew what was going on with me from the intake and had that time for 7 weeks to know what’s going on I felt it was very disappointing when I was in the midst of help with her to suddenly be told like she just figured out that I can’t be helped. Her inexperience from the beginning should have been told to me and that she couldn’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend this company’s services to anyway seeking real help and validation from a therapist.
