Today we had an appointment for 11am for couples counseling. We arrived 5 minutes early and learned the counselor wasn't there. The gentleman said 20 minutes. Not so bad since we had paperwork to fill out. We'll 30 minutes pass and still no counselor. I ask the gentleman how much longer and he said another 15 minutes. So then he still tried to get us to pay an intake fee when we said we were leaving. We said no way and left. It was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.
