My first visit to Collide, I was blown away. My hope for a time of fellowship, fun, and growth was met; yet I was overwhelmed at the depth of the experience. The event was very professionally planned out and had so many touches to emphasize the teaching and fellowship that it made me wonder if we were really in little Bellingham. Collide is the type of event with such great speakers, messages, and artful ways of bringing the message together that I would expect to have to pay a large fee and travel to a large city to attend. Instead, we have this blessing right here – and can share it while worshipping with not only our small groups from our congregation, but all the ladies that we know as our children’s teachers, our neighbors, and day-to-day community members. What a joy to be there worshipping together! And, Collide doesn’t just provide occasional events, they continue in ministry for our daily lives. I was a recipient of assistance for marriage counseling. It was not something I could afford at the time, but I was so grateful that the local body of Christ was willing to wrap around my marriage to help me pragmatically. I am very grateful to have this amazing local ministry as part of my life and to recommend it to all the ladies around me.
