It’s been nearly a month since I contacted this organization and I have yet to hear from a therapist.

Update:
I was finally contacted. They explained that “…the email for the client assignment got lost.” So, I DEFINITELY do not recommend.

Just got off the phone with the helpful and extremely informative Pamchal. She (or they) answered any and all questions I had and even used the comfortable, no hesitation, "let's dive on in" expression. So professional and incredibly respectful!! Y'all are amazing and I look forward to this next step in my healing and growth period.

This is a pretty amazing place because of the amazing people they have working here. Therapy takes time and I am amazed the things I learn every week I go. The days that I don't want to go seem to be the days I learn the most. Life is constantly changing and having someone to help you by listening and playing devils advocate, really helps you think, understand yourself and how to deal with problems. They can teach you some extremely valuable tools to use over time that will help make everyday problems much easier to handle, you will feel more in control, your stress and anxiety can be greatly reduced! Your overall outlook on life will change but you have to commit and want to change. You can do it!

Very bad experience here. Went for couple therapy and we were given an appointment with a student who had just gone through divorce. So of course she was very biased and got personal and passive agressive towards me ( the guy). We were both shocked at her behaviour and feel abused. This place is very unprofessional and unresponsible.
