Jess led our bachelorette group of 11 in paddle board yoga this pst Friday. We had some first timers to paddle board and to yoga. The girls really loved the unique experience. Jess led us in paddle board yoga for my bachelorette party this weekend and it was absolutely amazing! She made us feel so comfortable right off the bat and challenged us with our flow while not pushing us too hard. Everyone was standing and lunging on their boards by the end, it was beautiful. Last Thursday, I attended Meta Yoga’s class along the Sawmill Reservoir in Breckenridge. We spend a week every summer in Breck, and this yoga class is always high on my list of plans. The class this year did not disappoint - the weather, the setting, the instructor were spectacular! And, as we were rolling up our mats at the end of class, we heard a splash - a moose swam to the middle of the reservoir and posed for pictures!! (Zoom in!)

I took the deep hip class today with Celia and absolutely loved it! As someone who is new to yoga, she did a fabulous job of explaining the poses and giving modifications. The tempo was perfect and I enjoyed the music too! It was a super calming and welcoming environment. I’m excited to continue to grow in my practice!

I scheduled a private yoga session at a local AirBnb for a bachelorette party, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Booking was easy and flexible, and I felt very personally cared for by Jackie. Our instructor Leslie was on time, wonderfully friendly, and led an excellent class tailored to our interests. She had a perfect blend of professionalism and familiarity. I would be thrilled to book through Meta again!
