I called to have a free consultation regarding a variety of homeowner association issues and Kayla Banzali was beyond rude, didn’t listen to what I was trying to say, and was not helpful in the slightest. Understanding legal actions available to people in unique situations is imperative and crucial to our justice system. It was clear to me that Kayla felt her time was more valuable spent elsewhere. I left feeling deeply discouraged, deflated, and demeaned. I would never recommend the services of this firm to anyone.
