It was an absolute honor to work with Mike Kasprzak to purchase another home in Breckenridge. This was my second time working with Mike and he is an absolute gem. He always puts the customer first and does whatever it takes to help find the perfect match. My situation is different than most others as I have a handicap child and need to find something that can be accessible for him. Mike is extremely patient and takes personal pride in helping me and my son find the perfect place in Breckenridge so he can adaptive ski and experience all the other great things that we do. Together, we found the perfect condo and we remodeled it to be fully ADA accessible so my son can be as independent as possible in Breck and my family can enjoy Breck together. Mike goes above and beyond by measuring doorways, hallways, bedrooms, anything I need measured to ensure there’s gonna be enough space for a wheelchair. He walks the property in and out to show me any barriers and risks so we can adapt or look for something different. I highly recommend Mike to anyone and everyone looking to purchase or buy a home. He will give you the personal touch and professionalism that every client deserves. He might even take you up the mountain, like he did Kyle! Thank you Mike! Looking forward to our next partnership!

Sara & Carlo Gambino are the absolute BEST at what they do! Nothing is impossible to these two. My husband and I are long-term locals in Summit and always dreamed about having a home of our own to raise our young children. Sara & Carlo made our dream come true! I had always heard how hard, tedious, and stressful this process was. Until I made the decision to contact Sara. Best decision I have ever made!! I have known Sara and Carlo for many, many years now, and can firmly say they are the most hard-working, caring, and humane people I have met!
