I love this gym! The atmosphere is great and the trainers are fantastic. This place is helping me become the best version of myself. 6 weeks ago I walked into Gnarly Fit, with no expectation of signing up for personal training, I saw an ad pop up in FB so I scheduled a consultation. But as soon as I sat down with Eliz I knew I needed to do this.

Eliz's guidance with nutrition was absolutely incredible during this journey. I have never been a healthy eater, I never have cooked for myself and I have never tracked the food I eat. Let me tell you during this journey I became my best self. I now cook and am eating so healthy and getting all the macronutrients I need!

I was paired with Chance as my trainer and words cannot express how amazing he is! He pushed me out of my comfort zone, all while making me feel empowered and motivated.

The results are phenomenal, my body transformation is insane in just 6 weeks. The workouts paired with my nutrition commitment made all the difference!

Today was my last training session (for now at least, I will definitely be signing on again) and I did my first pull up!!! Now this may not seem like a big deal to some, but I have not been able to do a pull up since I was probably 10 years old, I am 40 now! So the gratitude I have is immense!

I am feeling stronger, more fit and more badass than ever before. I HIGHLY recommend Eliz and her team and if you are lucky enough to score a spot with Chance as your personal trainer, you are very lucky!

Of all of Summit County’s community gems, Gnarly Fit is a diamond! This place and the people behind it will change your life for ever. I felt overwhelmed by my search for a science based nutrition and workout program that would fit my lifestyle and the second I walked in to Gnarly Fit I knew I had found everything I was looking for! I love it here! Everyone is so kind and genuinely wants to see you do the best for yourself! Every 1 on 1 session I’ve had with nicole has been fantastic and left me feeling stronger than before and every nutrition session I’ve had with Eliz has made me feel supported and even if I have a setback, the encouragement that you can always bounce back from it is amazing. Gnarly Fit is a fantastic gym with amazing trainers. The personal training sessions pushed me past my comfort zone and every time I left the gym I felt more confident in myself. I also really enjoyed the various bootcamps they offered throughout the week. However, be wary of signing up for a transformation challenge. I was part of the 50% off scholarship program and decided to sign up for a 6 week transformation. Along with the personal training sessions and unlimited bootcamps, the transformation program I signed up for promised to also include a basic meal plan ($225 value), supplements ($300 value), a T-shirt and swag bag ($50 value), and workouts outside of gnarly fit days. I never received a meal plan, the T-shirt/swag bag, or the additional workouts and I didn't receive the supplements (actual price only $130) until the last day of my 6 week challenge. While I definitely got the most out of the workouts at their facility, my experience with the challenge left me feeling underwhelmed and taken advantage of.

I found Gnarly fit when I was trying to get a jumpstart on getting back into ski shape after a serious injury last year. I worked with Ian who was so motivating and helped rebuild my strength both physically and emotionally. I’m not usually one for leaving a review but choosing to work with Gnarly was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself to take an initiative into healing and I feel so strong!!
