I’ve had the privilege of receiving massage, sound baths, and reiki from Alison on many occasions over the last year. Time and time again, Alison’s life giving energy and kindness bring healing, peace, and grounding into my life. She has been so thoughtful and mindful when working on different situations & is always a safe space to do the work needed done. My experience at Spirit Alchemy was magical. I came from a blustery cold day outside to a beautiful studio. Alison led me in some yoga, followed by a 90 minute massage, concluded with an amazing 10 minutes of sound therapy. If you are able to spend 2 hours I would highly recommend this arrangement, I left feeling so light and happy. Thank you Alison for everything!

What a treat to have Allison provide an in-home soul-retrieval sound bath for our group of five. A wonderFULL alternative to a typical night out on the town. This was a rebalancing of mind, body, spirit that left me feeling both rejuvenated and relaxed at the same time. Ahhhhhhhh.

Alison was such a wonderful yoga instructor for our bachelorette party this weekend. I reached out to her asking for a very specific yoga adventure (hike to a look out and yoga/sound bath to follow) and she delivered! The flow was perfect for all levels of experience and she ended the flow with a perfect shavasana that included sound bowls, a rain stick and chimes. It was such a wonderful and peaceful addition to our bachelorette party weekend. Alison even brought flowers for our bride!! I highly recommend Alison and thank her so much for her flexibility!!
