What a pleasure and what a peaceful, nourishing environment the Vail Valley Wellness facility is. I'll be honest, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Sharla, the massage therapist immediately got me comfortable, explaining that she'd figure out what I needed. And she really did. I was comfortable and relaxed in minutes and by the time my session ended I was more refreshed than I've felt in years. I felt stronger and revitalized and I kid you not, I felt taller! Every muscle in it's place and every knot vanquished. I can wait for my next session.

I’ve always been on the lookout for holistic ways to improve my overall well-being, and I’ve finally found it! When I learned I needed ankle surgery this past October, I knew I wanted extra support for my recovery. Two years ago, I had my ACL replaced, and it was a long, challenging year—my sympathetic nervous system was shot, and I struggled with anxiety, pain, and more.

From the moment I walked into Vail Valley Wellness, I knew I was in the right place. Hannah at the front desk greeted me warmly, and everything just felt right—the ambiance, the people, and the confidence I had in the care I was about to receive. Dr. Becky and Dr. Arin are incredibly knowledgeable in acupuncture and holistic health, always taking the time to answer questions and explain how they’re supporting my recovery. Behind the scenes, Kait and Janelle are equally wonderful, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

I also added post-recovery lymphatic massage with Sharla, who is nothing short of magical! Her talent, heart, and support have been instrumental in speeding up my recovery—so much so that even my doctors and physical therapist are impressed. And as a treat, I’ve indulged in facials with Christy, whose work is absolutely amazing.

I only wish I had found Vail Valley Wellness sooner when I was recovering from my ACL replacement. But I’m so grateful to have them as part of my support team now!

WOW! This place is amazing!!! Over the weekend I went to VVW and was blown away! I got there a bit early and upon entering I was warmly greeted by the staff at the reception desk. I also was incredibly relaxed and at ease inside with the soft music and aromas of sage and lavender. I took a yoga class that was a great vinyasa flow and afterwards had a cupping treatment. The yoga was awesome and the treatment was even better! Kaitlyn was super knowledgeable and knew exactly where my muscles were tight and I felt so much looser when we were all done! A great for sure and 10/10 would recommend and will be returning for sure! Thanks VVW you are amazing!

I would like to personally recognize Kaitlyn Musick as an exceptional human for putting together such an amazing group of people each Thursday night for the HHH! This is always the highlight of my week and I love the experience. We have had snow, fireworks, healthy conversations, a sense of community, full moon, and tons of laughter. I look forward to Mt. Biking and hope to get a crew on the river as well this spring. I just can't say thank you enough.

Feeling in a funk, I drive by vail wellness often and took a leap of faith and stopped in. It’s so amazingly nice and welcoming. And the staff was so nice. They talked to me about options and all the offerings. I won’t go into details of my needs but I met a woman Kait who just oozes joy and happiness and now my pickle ball game is back on top.
