If you are a landlord, and your primary concern is money, and not the relationship between you and your tenant, Team Laguna is the company for you.

As a tenant, the only person I would recommend working with is Denise. She made a big effort and was kind and helpful. She is the only reason I’m giving three stars instead of one. If it was just Denise, I was working with I would’ve given the company five stars.

The rest of the team including was unhelpful, rude and dismissive.

My vacation rental was covered in dust which made me sick from the dust mites, all the kitchenware was coated in dust as well forcing me to completely clean the property to reside in it. The staff is unbeliever rude. They overcharged me for one night and tried to shout me down when I inquired about it. They also never responded to my three calls asking for assistance with the TV setup. I was never informed of the scheduled repairs on the roof during my stay either until a week before. Team Laguna was aware they were scheduled well in advance. Then the owner and management never reached out to me about two personal items I left behind until I reached out to the owners who were more than aware I had left them. I am just thankful to be out of there and will never even recommend or rent from them again.
