Looked here from a recommendation from a close friend. Girlfriend and I just moved to the valley, extremely excited to ski/board our first time.

Overall, staff were super friendly and helpful. The reason for 2 stars comes from issues a couple days later after dropping well over 1700 dollars on about half of our gear.

The boots we ended up going with, didn't fit my girlfriends bindings on the skis. We didn't find out about this until a few days later when we were getting them waxed. Another 250 dollars. Not a huge deal, small mistake.

This problem came because the staff didn't recognize the compatibility, and we were still fairly new, and trusted their words and recommendation.

We weren't looking for a refund on skis, I would have spent more money in the store had they did an in store credit, or a discount on something else as an apology, but I'm told we will only get a refund, if they can sell the old bindings. The whole conversation and seemingly blow off we got was ridiculous. Felt completely taken advantage of, and will avoid this place at all costs.

Great service and honest. My wife found great boots and skis. They didn't have the best option for me and they didn't push a sale or take advantage of my ignorance. We will be back and recommend to friends.

Had a good conversation with two peeps, while traffic was low, and I am in the market for bindings. So, hence three stars, but…After doing some research to potentially purchase, I went back in store to discuss one of the bindings one guy had said he can move a bit on price with. All his language was making it sound like he was the guy to make that decision. Then he asks the other dude. I am a fan of honesty, straight talk, and integrity; so, no purchase. Short hustle, they’ll still sell them, but not to me. I appreciate the time and chat, just be straight.
