This place makes me wish you could give 0 stars. Front desk workers had me come back twice just to tell me no one could help me after my caseworker had told me a week prior they had my information. I can’t believe my tax dollars are paying these people. One of the front desk workers was very rude and passive aggressive aswell. If you are going to work in a field where you are getting payed to help people, atleast pick up the phone and don’t waste peoples time.

The caseworker starved my family because of her incompetence and lies. After she denied my family recertification for foodstamps. It became active after a month or so of me not doing anything more. That shows she is mean, or she is just a liar or incompetent.

You can call 20 times a day and no one will return your call you can be out of food because your food stamps did not come in and you don't know why they will cut off and then you find out your health insurance from Medicaid is cut off and then when they finally call you back they tell you you've got to reapply which you've already done several times this is unacceptable somebody has to do something about this

Not reliable, the workers won't call you back but will send emails instead of talking to you and are rude when you try to come to resolution. They are a joke.
