Our family of six joined Surge Kickboxing almost three weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! I find myself looking forward to going every day, excited to work out, get moving, and challenge my body. Some days are tough, but we keep coming back for more because the energy and support at Surge are unmatched.

The trainers are absolutely amazing and so encouraging—it’s exactly what we need to keep pushing through on those really tough days.

Our two younger kids joined the Karate program and absolutely love it! Watching them progress and embrace the art of Karate has been amazing. There’s no struggle to get them ready—when it’s time to go, they’re excited to see their friends and dive into their class.

The welcoming environment at Surge has made this such a positive experience for our entire family. We feel so fortunate to have found a place where we can all grow, improve, and have fun together. Thank you, Surge, for creating such an incredible community!

I'd like to join all the wonderful comments about Surge Kickboxing and Trainers! It is an excellent gym with different types of martial arts programs for all levels, kids and adults, knowledgeable and incredible trainers, a variety of equipment, and great people! Fun, yet challenging workouts! They always greet you with a big smile, and it feels like a family!
It's been about a month since I've joined, and I love it here!

I come in for the adult kickboxing circuit and my daughter attends the kids karate classes, we both have had a great experience! Mike is extremely responsive when I have any questions and so great with the kiddos. The other staff is super helpful when I have no idea what I'm doing during the circuit sessions. Really wonderful experience overall, and I love that they are open late in the day!

I’ve been going to Surge for about a year now and I’m so grateful to have found this gym! The atmosphere, coaches, and workouts are top tier. All members and staff are very welcoming, friendly, and eager to help make your workouts challenging and accessible to your fitness capabilities. If you haven’t tried kickboxing, I highly recommend it if you’re looking to truly transform your body and overall health. Shoutout to Steve for being a great trainer and for pushing me to be better!

I joined Surge Kickboxing 8 months ago looking for Karate for my son and a fun whole body workout for me. I didn't expect joining to change my life like it has.
My son found a new confidence in Karate and has made lifelong friends. With the support of the trainers and members, I have transformed my body and my mindset. The people here have been an irreplaceable support system. The trainers are knowledgeable while still being patient and kind. I feel like I have found my people and my gym. I can't say thank you enough to Mike, the trainers (especially Mel, Taylor, and Steve), and all the members that have welcomed me into this community. We love SK!

Can you imagine going to the same gym for a whole year and still looking forward to going?! I have played a lot of sports, and trained at a lot of gyms, and I have never had a place that continues to support, challenge and keep it fun the way the whole Surge team does! The trainers strike the right balance of challenging and up-leveling you, while also giving you space to own your own workout and offering modifications if needed. The atmosphere is one where other gym members are also welcoming, but not cult-ish the way I feel some gyms can be. Needless to say, I'm a lifelong Surge fan and can't say enough good things about this small business. Thank you Surge crew!

SK is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years!! All the trainers are great and super helpful, patient, and supportive! The workouts are 30 minutes, who doesn’t have 30 minutes, and at the end of the workout I definitely feel it! My family has noticed a big difference too! For years I’ve wanted to join this type of gym and I found the perfect fit, great feeling of community so glad I found Surge! Highly recommend!!
