I have seen both the counselor and the doctor, both are caring and really seem to have my well being in mind and not just another payment from an insurance company. The front office is top notch and on their game. I lost my mom to covid in 2001 but this team and GOD all mighty has brought some light.

Worst people! They do not care. They are only there for the pay. Very rude. They lied to me multiple times. I thought they aren't allowed to share your information? Thanks for adding trust issues to the list. Won't ever go back. Do not recommend unless you want your time wasted.

About the video appt w the doctor reviewed here, you can also make an appt to see her in person at her office by trussville. Ive seen 2 therapist here and i love them and the doctor! They actually try to help and arent there to just listen! They also listen to your opinion/suggestions rather than try to just throw meds at u. Everyone is so nice! Including the nurse! Easy to get appointments! The best place by far that I've been to! At least give them a try!!

I recently found out they shared my information. I only spoke with my therapist and psychiatrist about this particular issue I was having and the next thing I know is it the person calls me and questions me about what I said their part was in this situation.
