Great Customer service. I was there on Thursday the 8th, a gentleman help me at the front desk with a great smile and great attitude, he also asked me if I would like to use the computer in site in case of any questions. As I was leaving I had questions regarding how the work force works and about their calendar which offer help with people looking for a job, another lady at the front desk help as well and gave all information needed to get back to work! Thank you for your excellent job. Thumps up

Spoke with Dan on the phone not to long ago about a potential fraudulent unemployment claim. He was on it immediately and was very personable. Thankfully there was no reports but I appreciated Dan's concern for me and his readiness to help. Thank you, Dan! Hope you have a great day!

Easily accessible without an appointment, the staff was super friendly and hilarious at times, but the job search database was a bit time consuming with incredibly unrealistic job openings. Examples are: Professional Lecturer Wanted MUST HAVE PhD's in Astrophysics and Electrical Engineering and 6 Books Published in Nanorobotics, Chief MIT Scientist with Remote Viewing Wanted to Build DDR Stacked Databases and Flux Capacitor Split System Linked with Alexa Remotely, Cirque DeSoliel Acrobat and Contortionist that can Juggle Flaming Axe Torches while Unicycling on a Gym Ball that MUST Speak Taiwanese, French, and Portuguese to Grade School Kids. The jobs available are not easy to get, that's for sure, respectively. Lol

Technician has not followed through with paperwork for training. Them keeps saying no one is in office to help. Why make a program mandatory and then drop the ball?! Does the governor know $$ is being mishandled?

I have been treated with respect and dignity. They helped me get started in workshops and get sign up for a computer skills training.
I am so grateful and not done taking classes to update my skill.
Thank you

Did a job interview for a Workforce Specialist and I have many years of quality experience in related fields as well as a MBA. They called me to conduct a phone interview and right away they let me know the minimum pay would be offered if I got the job. I make 28$ an hour at one job (before OT) and 24$ per hour at another one (before OT). Instead they offer 19$ (salaried) even though the Workforce Specialist can pay 25$ an hour maximum. They're always hiring because of low ball pay to supposed professionals dedicated to helping others understand the job market and seek gainful employment. Waste of time and reason they always have job openings for what should be a good job with tons of rewards helping others, but instead they take the low ball pay road.

Very disorganized operation when it comes to online, virtual trainings and workshops. I registered for three workshops that were not virtual at all and did not find out until after the presentation was to start. Each of them was listed incorrectly on the Connecting Colorado website. Registered for one today that evidently was cancelled yet still listed on AdWorks website as well as Connecting Colorado.

First of all, these people do not even bother to help you at all. They are there to make their pay check, and they have no sense of responsibility. It does not matter how many times you talk with them or how well you explain them your problem, they will behave like you are talking with walls. They believe this workforce center has been opened so that they can get paycheck. These people are absolutely lazy, irresponsible, stupid, completely careless, unprofessional and arrogant.

People here like S. Easton and N. Khalaf are only to make their money and securing their future, other than really helping the people in need of that. They only show people that they are doing a lot but in reality, these people are only for themselves other than doing any real work over there; forget helping unemployed people finding a job. They will only bullcrap and will waste your time and again will pretend to show they have done a lot either, or will (fake) promise they will be doing a lot. However in short time, you will understand what they have done or have they done anything at all, as they have said so (or promised).

If possible, go to other workforce center, that will be better for you. Going to this workforce center is absolutely wasting of your time. These people think people goes to workforce center only to learn "how to write a resume" and "how to do interview" that's it. They think that's the only reason workforce center has been opened and so those are the only things, they can do. You will waste your time months after months by going there but will not get any result at all since THEY DON'T CARE. And that's how they have been running this workforce center.
