No matter who preps my taxes you guys always go the extra mile. Got a new gal this year and she was awesome. I forgot a paper and she tried having me email a picture of it to her, it was blurry but she was able to get the numbers she needed. Was able to run home and get the original for her but my papers were ready an waiting.

Had an issue with another state claiming needed to file a return and owed them money.
H&R Block rep. talked with other state directly to explain why they were mistaken.
Everything worked out for the best.
H&R Block.
Definitely delivers on giving you that Peace of Mind.

Me and my wife have done are last three years of taxs with H&R block.. Very friendly people. Always answer any questions we have.. Very knowledgeable .. And understanding.. We have used maria reyes the last three years. And we plan on staying with her thank you

Worst place ever to do your taxes. Paola did our taxes and lost about $2000 from our taxes. 600 in state return went to an emerald card that we don't own or have. We never even got the 1400 for stimulus for our daughter born in 2021. Now we have to go back and do an amended return because she didn't do our taxes right. I do not recommend this this tax preparer and she needs to be fired and never do anyones taxes again. Now we have to play hell trying to get our state return. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE TO FILE TAXES.

Everything was fast& easy. My tax professional, Joseph Hennessy, was very nice& welcoming. He walked me through everything& explained everything to me that I wasnt so sure about. I would highly recommend anyone to come to their taxes at H&R block.

Went there because my wallet was stolen. Just needed a replacement card so I could go to DMV to get a new license. I couldn't get it because I had an expired driver license because my current one was in my wallet. They wouldn't use it because it was expired. All they needed to see that it was me and give me a new card. Never doing business with again. So remember don't get your wallet stolen. 0 stars
