Happy New Year to all. I pray that everyone has a blessed and safe 2025. I actually had (2) positive interactions between Marek and Myrna - who were very professional, empathetic, and supportive. They didn't violate any policies or procedures. They ONLY answered questions regarding documentation received and confirmed dates and times of an upcoming hearing that I had no clue was forthcoming.

No one here is doing their jobs . Like other reviews, I have gotten the run around with them as well. Calling 2-5 times for the same problem. My daughter’s dad was ordered to pay child support through income assignment. This order was made almost 2 months ago and nobody has taken any payments from him. I call and nobody knows anything about anything, the first time I call they claim someone will return the call within 48 hours , I had to call again a week later after hearing nothing. This time the excuse was, “we can’t find him” lol he was in court so there is no way he’s lost and if his information is needed why is there no attempt to obtain this information from myself or the court ? They have a bunch of lazy people who sit there and answer phones and do nothing all day. A joke. I’m guessing it will be about 6 months before I see any payment and by then they will already have taken his license right ? Again a joke.

Hi ,
I wanted to address something that struck me as quite odd. When we last spoke, I mentioned the importance of doing your job effectively. It seems that your response was to send me a notice threatening my license, which feels both surprising and unproductive.
It's really perplexing to me that "doing your job" in this case seems to involve sending me documents and then leaving it to me to follow up. For instance, my last email to you was in May, questioning why I received a piece of mail dated March 3rd only in May. I never received a response to that email, and this delay and lack of clarity have only added to my concerns.
Additionally, part of your role involves issuing a garnishment to my employer, which has not yet been done. This is a crucial aspect of your job, and its absence is causing significant issues for me and the recipient of the child support order.
Moreover, during our last conversation, I informed you that I was homeless and requested that you email me any documentation. Despite this, you chose to mail the documents instead, which is another failure to address my situation appropriately. Thank God the resident of the address reached out to me via social media, as I otherwise would have been left completely in the dark.
Given the vision of the Child Support Services Department—“We work together to find innovative ways to empower Colorado parents to support their children”—I find it contradictory that the current handling of my case seems so disconnected from this mission. Additionally, one of your stated values is a "People-First Approach," which emphasizes supporting the whole person, family, and community. This principle implies that services should be individual- and family-focused, family-driven, and community-based. However, the way my case has been managed appears to contradict these values.
I would appreciate a more direct and effective approach to resolving these matters. Please let me know how we can move forward in a more constructive manner.

It's bad enough that as a single parent 100% that I have to fight my child's bio dad who does anything and everything to avoid his obligation for a child he refuses to even meet. Never thought I would also have to fight the child support office too. This office has done nothing but repeatedly interfere with the collection of both current support owed and arrears. Awful experience!

No matter if you pay child support or not they will still suspend your driver's license and make life harder for men! It's so easy for a woman to put a man on child support just by saying he doesn't take care of the child even if he actually does. The woman should have to provide for proof of the Father not taking care of his responsibility as a parent. It's like all it takes is a few signatures and them verbally saying the Father is not there. Fact is that most women put men on child support because of failed relationships or out of spite and anger or just being vengeful! This is completely unfair and I just! Child support rules need a gigantic change to understand that as humans we all need to survive not just woman and children.

I always thought that these people are supposed to help you for the well being of the children, as far as I know they get payed thanks to us the taxpayers why are these people so rude no customer service skills at all plus she’s sitting on the chair playing on the phone, I see all the reviews almost everyone has something bad to say, what can we do to get this people to actually help and do their job amd not just sit there and collect a check. Can we report them at all to the state?

I do not have words to describe my gratitude towards Renee Jensen. She is the best case worker I have ever met. Where I am from, nobody struggles to help you or understand you, it is up to you to make a living. She described me in detail everything and sent a redetermination package. Many people get frustrated because of a lack of communication or a late reply, but caseworkers are people who have a life and cannot handle so many customers promptly. Renee was very attentive and paid attention to my needs. I completely understand if the answer from her side was not immediate, she has hundreds of customers like me. I think those people are doing a great job. Back home, where I am from, you can die and nobody will help you like here. Kindly thank you for supporting me in this journey.

I contacted these people and received the most unprofessional service to date. They have middle schoolers answering the phone, they have no tact, cannot speak with proper grammar and show how incompetent they are by blind transferring you when they cannot answer a question. This place needs to be shutdown!
