Without a doubt the most important $310 we have ever spent in our lives.

My husband and I had a bid accepted on a home that had recently been renovated. Both our real estate agent and the inspector recommended we add a meth test to our list of inspection items. As the home was a flip, this was a quick close situation. I gave Mike a call on Friday around noon. I explained the quick close timing and told him we needed results by Thursday mid-day. Mike was fast, professional and responsive. He ended up being out at the house the same day by 2pm!

This meth test was the furthest thing from our mind. The home was in a nice area, just recently been gutted and remodeled. But for $310, why not have additional peace of mind. We were already doing radon, mold and sewer scope in addition to the full regular inspection.

The test results came back in time and they came back positive. Well over the legal limit! We were shocked to say the least. Absolutely shocked.

This $310 dollar investment saved us from making what would have been a major financial and health mistake. We immediately terminated the contract with Mike's full results and the home must be completely taken down to the studs and remediated.

The dangers are real and you absolutely cannot judge a book by it's cover.

We are beyond grateful for Mike & Envirospec and for our agent & inspector for recommending the test. We recommend this test for anyone buying a home and Envirospec was incredible to work with.

If it weren't for you would just have unknowingly closed on a very dangerous home and quite possible been in financial ruin with a unlivable house. I cannot stress how important it is to do this test.

Today my family and I were waiting in the Taco Bell drive through when a Hispanic woman driving your company vehicle came flying in and decided to cut us off and nearly hit our vehicle. White Chevy Tahoe with the plates COG-961. She was very nasty when asked why she was behaving in such a manner. If our vehicle were hit a lawsuit would be in order. I would not trust a company whose employees behave in such a psychotic manner. I could only imagine how your clients must be treated. Yikes!

The driver and passenger of the suburban/Tahoe company car was driving at unsafe speeds (80 mph+) on I70, tailgating multiple vehicles, and signaling rude gestures at drivers. Felt very unsafe on the road with these gentlemen.
