My son was signed up to be matched with a mentor here and for over 6 months it never happened. Then they matched him with some local rapper that never showed up on at least two seperate occasions. My son even caught the bus a couple of times to FINALLY meet. They never met or talked. Finally Ken matched him with a friend of his out of desperation I guess and it wasn't even someone who was in anyway compatible. That didn't work out of course and only lasted 2 visits. It just made a tough situation tougher. We would have been better off going to Big Brother/Big Sister or not signing up at all. Then to make it worse they wanted us to do a periodic survey about the program and WE HADN'T EXPERIENCED ANYTHING TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS! Yet they kept calling. They really let my son down.
