Over the last two years the Breathing Center has helped me immensely, assisting me in changing my breathing patterns, which helped me to move through recovery from an invasive surgery. Breathing exercises have also helped to reduce mucus and because my breathing improved, I also have more energy. As a life long surfer, it has helped me to hold my breath longer when necessary.
