I hold a high bar for body workers, and Jesse meets that bar. I've had a lot of different types of bodywork, and been a Trager practitioner and masseuse myself in the far past, and Jesse excels. He listens and keeps listening to feedback, to his knowledge/skill set, and to his intuition as he works, creating a very healing session. Jesse has worked on me almost a dozen times, and I've experienced how he varies his work based on my body's needs at each session and how he pulls from his growing collection of modalities. He's got a knack for this work, coupled with a sensitivity that enhances what he does for the benefit of his clients.

I highly recommend Jesse! A few weeks ago I had excruciating pain in my neck due to neck spasms. I saw Jesse twice in one week and he relieved my pain through facilitated stretching, massage, and accupressure. His healing touch was gentle and effective (I am used to massages that 'work out knots' through pain). Jesse showed me that relieving pain does not need to be as painful.

I can't recommend Jesse enough! He worked regularly with me for about 8 sessions when I began having stress-induced pain in my back/shoulders. I've worked jobs that require over-the-head lifting, and things started catching up with me at a much younger age than I'd like to admit. We discussed root causes, and we were able to try a couple strategies that went beyond just the deep tissue pressure I thought I needed. Even though the immediate and mid-term relief was tremendous, I appreciate some of the long-term tools Jesse was able to provide through his genuine concern for long-term health and the intersections of physical health and emotional/relational/spiritual health. We only get one of these bodies - I would recommend allowing Jesse to help you take care of yours. I also got my mom a massage on her birthday, which she was over the moon about! Thanks Jesse.
