This was my first time buying a home, my reasons for having to do so were due to some very unhealthy conditions. I felt like she was very tired of looking at homes and feeling defeated. Some houses didn't fit my needs so we were not putting in bids. Other my inability to offer more to keep up with other offers and negotiate hindered closing. When I was finally at a point where even i was getting desperate she was very persuasive of just take any home that accepts an offer, "you need it." As I went through with the process she gave me information for someone to inspect the house, he was a friend of hers. Turned out he also sold homeowners insurance. I was told it was the best and to just go with it. She has known him for so long and it's the best out there in her experience. It was THE WORST!!! I was so appalled and reached out for some assistance from her because I was contracted into this plan and wanted to see what my options were. It seemed like a total fraud conflict of interest. I have never and will never recommend her. It will be 5 years in September and I am still appalled at the service she provided.
