Megan is an AMAZING trainer for dog reactivity. She focuses on positive reinforcement and helped our anxious dog Nova be more confident around other dogs and children. Nova is much more manageable on walks and has mastered recall. Megan answers all of our questions (no matter how dumb they may be) and is very good at demonstrating with Nova when we don’t understand. She understands dog psychology better than any trainer I’ve met and is able to read Novas cues and body language. I would highly recommend her to especially dogs who are struggling with reactivity, aggression, or anxiety.

Her calm confident energy and years of experience give her all the skills necessary to help bring balance, confidence, and true manners to your dog. My dog, Tayo, is a 9month old blue pittie. He was highly “skilled” at counter surfing, being overly enthusiastic, and eating every stick and nugget he could grab on walks…. All while pulling us until our arms were worn out. Everything he was exhibiting for behavior came down to one main issue, impulse control. (Thanks to a Megan for identifying it for us after she evaluated him.) After Tayo’s board and train with Megan he’s a much calmer boy with more self control and less hyperactivity. She worked with him exclusively and texted me updates several times a day. I’m a helicopter mom so I appreciated her updates very much! She provides videos, pictures, and thorough details on the training being done.
Tayo now takes treats without eating our fingers, sits in “place” when in the kitchen - no longer counter surfing, no longer jumping on the kids or over the top playing with the other dogs in the house, walks without pulling or eating every stick in sight, and he is so much more balanced. You can see and feel the energy change since he started training.
A lot of trainers use the ecollars and negative reinforcement techniques, I get that it might be effective but I did not want that for my dog. I found the perfect style for my dog and our family. Full Pawtential Dog Training (Megan) is a gifted, compassionate, professional, and kind trainer. I am very grateful to have found her. I will continue to use her services to keep improving my dog’s quality of life and education.

Megan is incredible. I adopted an older dog who had never been taught how to be a dog and needed trained like a puppy. She has been helping both of us be patient and start from square one. She is patient, adapts to our needs and just an amazing human. I would recommend her to anyone!!!!

Meghan was recommended to me and I’m glad they did. Meghan was able to identify the issues with my fur babies even by watching a video. 😳 and she has helped me work on training them and she also has training me on how I can help my dogs deal with anxiety, fear and barking. Meghan does all her training based on positive reinforcement which I enjoy very much, since I’d not want to cause my dogs any pain or stress them out.
