Submitted a request for information online on a Sunday evening. Received a call the next day from an administrator who said a therapist would be in touch with me that day in between patients to do an initial consult. I did not receive a call that day but chalked it up to the therapist having a busy day. Connected with the therapist later that week and we agreed that I could call or text if we decided to move forward. Ultimately we decided that it would be a good fit I send a confidential text (counselor’s words) that we would like to start at her next available. That was December 23rd and we never heard back. It’s quite disappointing as everything about this facility seems well run and reliable. Breaking someone’s trust before a relationship of this nature has even begun isn’t something I feel can be overcome. I hope all involved will take this feedback as constructive and do better in the future.
