Love the therapists here! Me and both my kids are in therapy because my ex wife is somewhere on the cluster b personality disorder chart. That's a trip. Everybody here is fantastic! Scheduling is easy, and I appreciate the complimentary coffee in the lobby

Just gotta watch out for that coffee though. Sometimes the water jug out front is empty and the Keurig is empty, so you can't get any coffee. Those are sad days, but we carry on. You can always just bring your own drink.

So far I have only had one appointment with the Med Psych so far. I feel like we clicked and we have scheduled our next appt. Tomorrow I will also be starting with a separate therapist in the same office.

The receptionists are very friendly and efficient. The waiting room has plenty of seating and is comfortable enough. The one patient room I was in was very comfortable. I had my choice of sitting on a small couch or in a cushioned chair.

I dropped one star due to the challenges I faced to just make an appointment. I had submitted the online "appointment request" and was never contacted. I called multiple times only to wait an extended amount of time. I left a couple of messages and the line was also disconnected abruptly as I waited. Twice I ended up talking to a person who complained about the clarity of our connection and said they would call back. And didn't. Once I finally got ahold of a scheduler who didn't have a problem hearing me, my experience from there was excellent.

The service was terrible. Complete lack of communication! We booked an appointment weeks in advance for a vaccine, and the staff confirmed they could do it. But on the day of the appointment, after we arrived, the front desk told us they don’t offer that vaccine and had no idea why no one contacted me earlier. All they said was, ‘Sorry.’ We left frustrated and disappointed with the office staff.
