I recently purchased a home and vineyard in Napa, CA. in what was a relatively complicated transaction. Kelly was very effective in helping me to structure the deal, beat out two other bidders and close the deal in an efficient, fair and intelligent way.

He helped me to sort through various complexities of the property and solve problems as we moved through the due diligence process. Most of all, I never felt pressured to do something just to close the sale, but he let me move at my own pace to get comfortable with the property and the deal. He was always available, patient to answer my myriad questions and highly responsive and helpful. In fact, a month after the close he was driving by my house and saw me struggling with my electronic gate. He stopped and helped me fix the gate even though he and his wife were on their way to another meeting.

I just believe he is a smart, honest, hard working and ethical broker and that can be a hard thing to find these days.
