Kandu Fitness is an amazing place filled with great coaches and wonderful members. Most importantly, Kandu has a fun, safe and supportive environment. Each day the work outs are different so you will truly be achieving a full-body workout routine and never get bored. Each work out is high intensity and ranges approximately 20-40min in length. If you feel like you need more, the coaches will gladly assign you an "over time" task to help you reach your fitness goals. They offer a wide variety of class times which makes it easy to fit in your schedule. I highly recommend Kandu Fitness to anyone who is looking to get healthy and tone up in a positive and constructive environment!

Definitely a 5 star experience! I am extremely impressed with Coach Dave and the Kandu workouts. Every workout is a full body workout and I always leave feeling like it was time very well spent. The gym is very organized and has a great group of people. The classes have a lot of energy and are always, always challenging. Coach Dave also puts a lot of time into providing his clients with extras...such as health/fitness related articles and tips as well as nutritional guidance. They also offer yoga twice a week which is an awesome perk after a killer workout.

I can't say enough about Kandu Fitness. I have worked out with Dave, the trainer, for over 6 years now. When I originally met Dave I had a goal to lose 25 lbs. With his knowledge and dedication to me I was able to acheive that goal. Dave is always there to encourage all of his members no matter what level. What is really nice about Kandu Fitness is the workouts are different every day which keeps it much more upbeat and exciting. Everyone at Kandu fitness make it warm and inviting. If you are a new member we all introduce ourselves to make them feel welcome. That just doesn't happen at the Big gyms. You don't have to feel out of place if you are one of the older folks like myself and husband. We are 57 yrs and 63 yrs old and love the workouts. I invite you to give it a try and I guarantee that you will love it.

I can't say enough about Dave and the staff at Kandu Fitness. I have only been a member for 6 weeks, and I am hooked. The work outs are second to none, and everyday is a new, fun, and challenging experience. Dave takes the time to explain the daily workout and makes sure to be right there to help guide and train you. Just as important as the workout, is the atmosphere. The atmosphere, coupled with Dave's knowledge, makes this place special. The other members are friendly and encouraging. There are no egos at Kandu. There is only friendly camaraderie and a commitment to a great workout every time.

They are supportive, encouraging and very knowledgable about health and fitness! Each work out at Kandu is like a personalized training session for a fraction of the cost!

The coaches create workouts that are great for every fitness level and you do as much as you can, and its the best feeling when you beat your personal best!

The members are welcoming and encouraging, it really is like a family at the gym, except the warmly welcome every new member that comes through the door. No cliques, no judgement, just good old fashion encouragement and motivation.

Kandu Fitness combines high level personal training with social interaction opportunities creating a fitness family. Special events centered around fitness with opportunities to socialize are regularly enjoyed by Kandu members.

Coach Dave is the "real McCoy." His accolades and years of training set him apart as a premier fitness expert. I first met Dave when I hired him as my strength coach when I was training for a college hockey tryout. Needless to say I made the team. Now Kandu Fitness members have access to Dave's knowledge at a fraction of the cost I paid when he was my strength coach.

Dave uses his expertise to create new and challenging workouts on a daily basis while not neglecting to consistently train the major muscle groups. Any one--from the first-time exerciser to the fitness elite--will benefit from Dave's workouts as intensity is driven by one's own fitness levels. The results are workouts with seamless integration of lean muscle gains, and increased aerobic and anaerobic endurance.

I love coming to Kandu! I've always been intimidated by gyms because I didn't know what I was doing, but I've never had that feeling here. The coaches really make you feel comfortable and give you instructions before every workout. I've been coming here since September of 2017 and I have gained so much knowledge and confidence. I highly recommend joining the Kandu family!

I've been a member of the Kandu family since this February and it's become someplace I look forward to going to, something I've never said about working out before! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. As for the coaches, what can I say? I came to Kandu with chronic back problems and they've been so supportive - modifying the workouts so that I don't injure myself while helping me build my strength and confidence. I love the WOD format of the workouts, it doesn't matter if you're a beginner or more advanced, the coaches will adjust the workout for your level. But that doesn't mean it's easy, you will definitely sweat but you'll get stronger every week! Love this place, highly recommend it!
