Monique with Elevate Your State is a guiding light of humbled spirit providing uplifting and supporting energy for personal and collective conscious expansion. I was first introduced to Monique about a year and a half ago through a chakra-focused class series she offered. After that I continued to attend her weekly Himalayan Kundalini classes, began working with her as a Spiritual Life Coach, started taking her aerial yoga classes, and just recently completed my RYT 200 hour yoga teacher training with her through Elevate Yoga & Meditation School. Monique is one of the most genuine, strong, and caring people I have ever known and I am so grateful to have her as a teacher and guide to support me in finding my own truth and connecting more deeply with my intuition. She is so open and vulnerable in sharing her path and speaks intuitively from her heart, lighting the path for others along the way. Working with her has helped me immensely. From coaching me in establishing a daily meditation practice to help ground and center my energy, which is helping me to clarify my life path; To sharing nuggets of wisdom that resonate deeply with my being; To leading a yoga teacher training where I shifted and grew more than I ever expected in the course of just four months. Monique is an incredible teacher and embodies transformation on a soul level. Her yoga classes have the perfect blend of invigoration, deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation to offer the nervous system a deep deep reset. Monique's Kundalini classes, practices, videos and coaching totally have propelled my healing journey. Her teaching style is down to earth, understandable, and feel so accessable. Her Kriyas (breath + mantra) practices are always the perfect balance f challenge and comfort - gentle yet powerful.
