I really like it here. It's clean, the staff are nice and helpful. All they ask is for people to follow the rules.

Horrible, wouldn’t come again; if they’re even open to begin with. They have an irritating schedule posted on their front doors yet the pool is never open for anything! Waste of space and “community” when the public only get an hour and a half worth of swimming before all the unknown swim teams take it up. Worst part about this all is when they have opened up, the life guards take their time and don’t open up on schedule, meaning they waste your swimming time on just setting up the pool and opening doors. Disgrace for a place to held as a monument for Los Nietos. Lousy excuse of a “pool”. Won’t be coming back and will be informing friends and family to not come.

The environment and energy you receive from this pool is far from relaxing.

You are CONSTANTLY hearing yells of rules by the lifeguards.
Every single time you go there will be an inconsistent understanding of what is acceptable and what is not.

One day you might get nice staff and the next you will get rude staff! "Supervisor" who wanted to make it a point to make sure we knew you were a supervisor; you need some people skills. This applies to the female "supervisor" on July 15th at 3pm. Mind you, I know some lifeguards there are very kind and only doing what their supervisors are telling them to do. I understand being in that situation.

You can find other pools to go to where it's more peaceful and you are actually allowed to swim.

Wow I cannot believe the kind of people that they have working here at this facility you really have to pull information out of their teeth because they're such big idiots that they don't even know what they're doing they don't even know what their job title is they don't even know what they're there for it it's crazy to think that anybody that's not computer savvy can actually sign up for this classes.

I have not visited this aquatic facility however I’m encouraged to see the reviews of people who don’t like the safety rules being enforced and as a result, giving poor reviews.
This lets me know the lifeguards are enforcing and holding rule breakers accountable. They are doing their job. And when patrons want to argue the enforcement of rules, it actually distracts from the lifeguards from protecting others in the pool.
Be considerate of others and if you don’t like the rules, just go visit your Tio and swim in his pool.

1 st day for me at the aerobic water class. 7:30 AM was really nice work out .
Staff was great and special thanks to Sandra that lead ? our c
lass.

But, for the free family swim to go in the deep end.
You have to every time do a freestyle swim with out touching the bottom.
Very lengthy and then wade in deep end for 10 seconds with one hand up.
The problem is that ONE lifeguard. You are jerk.
My Grandson did the test and passed Tuesday.
Came back again and had a young male lifeguard.
He failed my Grandson (12yrs) because according to him my Grandson did not freestyle his way.
A matter of fact he was failing others.
This happened at the 2:30 pm Saturday on July 1 st.
My Grandson did the same thing and he passed with the female supervisor lifeguard.
To the lifeguard that failed my Grandson....if you are not happy with your job go somewhere else.

Well this is a Los Angeles pool & have a crazy amount of just steps to protect the city but definitely not to benefit the client. If you wanna swim on the deeper pool you’ll have to take a test every single time! It doesn’t matter if you come all the time. & it you record your workouts for any social platform (& make sure your the only on in your camera) you can not do that here. I honestly wish I knew where I can go to sit in the meeting for this kind of thing. Well just a heads up.
