Gym is dirty and unmaintained. I bring my daughter here for swim lessons and I’m shocked every time I need to take her to the bathroom. Every single time it’s a scene out of Trainspotting. Poop paints the walls, piles of wet toilet paper and a horribly dirty floor.
Management needs to get their act together, and hire a dedicated janitor. The front desk staff are nice but are not trained or equipped, or motivated
to keep the place clean.

Living in Potrero Hill and new to San Francisco, this gym seemed like a good choice. 3 day pass looked promising and we decided to go down on Saturday morning to check it out.
First Impression was a very rude front desk staff who clearly didn’t want to be there asking about our ID. Although my wife produced her California license this seemed to be an issue. After some serious attitude we were given our day pass.
After a quick walkthrough. The gym itself looked rundown, old equipment and poorly maintained.
I honestly expected better from a 24 hour fitness club.
Disappointing!

Everything is broken and dirty, they have very filthy locker rooms and shower area. Using the bathroom is unthinkable. Lots of smell and dirty all over the places. Sauna been broken for long time. They never tend to keep things in order. Managers should be fired. No foot traffic meters to keep count of people inside so you can go and it’s crowded than you think which happens a lot to me so I can’t workout enough. Also they reply the same thing for people’s complaints months ago but none of them are improved. What a waste of money and time.

Filthy, grimy and full of stench, best describes 24 Hour Fitness Potrero Hill Gym.
Gym Staff refuses to clean Men's Locker Room, it's filthy all the time.
Now they close the Men's Locker Room from 1pm to 3pm Daily as to PROHIBIT gym members to enter locker room.
This is totally unacceptable and abhorrent.

I like the location of this gym but it is a filth trap. I’ve waited for someone to do something about it but it doesn’t happen. The locker rooms are disgusting and management doesn’t seem to care. I’ve been with 24 hour since the early 90’s. There should be a law against an establishment like this. Please do something.

It’s Eh. This gym literally has no 40 pounds or 50 pounds dumbbells anywhere around. What kind of gym doesn’t have 40s or 50s. This is the only gym you won’t find it.

This club I had just found out have siphoned $641.65 in unauthorized autopay after I have secured a cancellation. This club have been taking money from my account without sending me any notifications after I had stopped using the club in March 2022.

Who is the General Manager because the manager on duty is denying wrong doing. I can’t get hold of corporate office. All I’m getting is voice mail and their contacts are not showing the application.

Disgusting and totally trashed since they don’t maintain or clean the gym. Staff is friendly, but don’t bother to clean. Toilets and urinals broken, and one has to wade thru a pool of urine to get to the one urinal that’s still working. Pool and locker rooms filthy.
