I always enjoy staying at the hotel! If I am in the regular rooms my favorite part is the showers hot water, lots pressure, and three shower heads, need I say more! If I manage a suite, that jacuzzi tub is heaven! The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The only down side is the long drive up the hill keeping me from getting there quicker. I love the atmosphere of the loggers pub, the food from the tin biscuits, and taking a dip into hotel swimming pool. And sometimes I don't even mind donating my money to the slots.

Favorite casino, beautiful hotel room and a cozy bed. The showers are impeccable as well. Friendly staff, great food and fun slots! We are regulars at this casino. It is ALWAYS our first choice even with our 3 year old in tow! She loves this hotel, the food and their pool!

Staff were awesome and accommodating, security was actually present and friendly. The Front desk staff were awesome and gave me clear instructions on where to go, and their rooms are Plush! The pool, sauna, and hot tub areas were extremely clean and well kept. You could barely tell that people were smoking in the casino while in the hotel section.

Modern amenities in the middle of nowhere, this place is a gem! Rooms are comfortable and you can get everything you need from the restaurants and the Sweet Shop during your stay. Forget your toothpaste, the front desk has you covered, the customer service here is extraordinary.
Want to play some table games? They've got roulette and all the card games, unfortunately no craps table, but the slot machines are looser than most which was surprisingly awesome 🎰

Stayed in the deluxe king suite. Room was luxurious. Casino had bad game selection; 100 convoluted slot machines and like 3 blackjack tables. Drinks were overpriced for liquor content. No room service, spa was unavailable the whole 4 days of our stay. Would recommend bringing in alcohol from town instead of the bar.

We have stayed here plenty of times. We enjoy the hotel staff for being helpful with our needs. We are local so we eat and play there often. The staff in all areas are courageous, kind, funny and professional. Any concerns I have ever had were resolved quickly.

Rooms are clean, floor is fun and the loggers pub is good. Kelli is an awesome server/bartender. Kitchen could add more fries for the sides, but food is good and filling. Thank you for a good stay while our team was ski racing at Loup!

Rooms could be cleaner, staff is super friendly and in a good location. Good late night snacks downstairs and a nice pool and hot tub, I stay often when visiting family. I do wish they had more handicap parking in front.
