The real estate market is tough. When we were trying to purchase our home the inventory was low, and decent properties were purchased in a day or two. We had multiple areas and agents working for us. We were not successful until we found a property in Joyce’s area of Oakdale.
Joyce was referred to us by another Broker from out of the area. We worked with Joyce on numerous properties. She navigated the process professionally. Ultimately, we decided to not purchase the previous properties. Then we found the one. Joyce scheduled a viewing for that day. We lived out of town.
