100 Percent Financed is an amazing company with equally amazing staff. I reached out to Ryan about helping out with Close Ties Leadership Program, a nonprofit organization that I founded for thirty young men in Metro Atlanta, and he put me in contact with Juan Pablo.

After one phone conversation about the goals of our organization, Juan Pablo decided to help us in fulfilling our mission. He asked about a college tour trip for which we were raising money and 100 Percent Financed helped us out by donating over $1,000 to our organization.

In addition to their large contribution, one week later, Juan Pablo came to speak to the young men of Close Ties about how they could make financially responsible decisions as teenagers. He provided them with a wealth of knowledge about types of incomes, the difference between poor, rich, and wealthy decisions, and assets vs. liabilities while still managing to keep it at a level in which they could receive it.

No sooner than the young men got in the car did I receive several phone calls from their parents about how excited their sons were to start doing some of the things that Juan Pablo mentioned in their exposure session.

Everything is there for your review the second part is for you to have that burning desire to go out there & apply what Juan's taught you. Just work hard, stay focus, have an open mind, be positive, & never ever give up when things get tough. Once you get that first deal & stay consistent. Trust me you will feel like your on cloud nine all that grind will feel like it was worth it lol.

In closing once you purchase any of his programs. You aren't left alone in the dark. Juan Pablo & his team are professionals they are there to help you answer any of your questions that you may have via phone or email. When I email they always call me back within the same day or next business day. Customer service is on key I've dealt w/ Tysean mostly awesome dude. Simply said Juan Pablo and his team are very transparent. What they say they are going to do they deliver & sometimes more than expected. No fluff or smoking mirrors here just professionals who deliver to what they say, very passionate about the people they help, the business & very ethical to the services that they offer.
